1. FALKIRK FOODBANK needs UHT & dried milk, cartons of juice; tinned vegetables, meat, fish, fruit; biscuits, snacks. Gents toiletries, ladies’ toiletries/sanitary products, bedding, children’s clothes (aged 6+), cleaning materials including soap powder which will be split into bags to share. Boxes are in the Vestibule and at the door to the Hall.
2. GIFT AID ENVELOPES are in the Vestibule/on pews. Any visitors wishing us to reclaim tax can fill in details on the envelope. Buying online? Try easyfundraising.org.uk, click ‘how it works’; then Support a Good Cause. Larbert East Church is registered.


3. THE MEMORIES GROUP meets this Wednesday 18th April at 2.00pm when the speaker will be Ian Scott on Local Churches.
4. WEEKDAY WORSHIP this Thursday 19th April at 11.15am will be led by Ken Bleakley from Larbert Baptist Church. Please do join us.


5. THE MEMORIAL SERVICE to give thanks for the life of our former Missionary Partner Christine Stone will be held in Fort William Church of Scotland next Saturday 21st April at 12 noon.

8. CELEBRATION OF HOPE 15-17th JUNE: In preparation for Will Graham’s visit to Falkirk Stadium, there are Christian Life and Witness Courses this month. The nearest are: Grangemouth Town Hall Wednesday evenings 7.30-9pm on 18th and 25th April; and the Dawson Mission: Saturday mornings 10-11.30am 21st and 28th April. They are recommended. All welcome.
9. THE FORTH BRIDGE CROSS for Christian Aid takes place on Saturday 28th April. For further details, please see Peter Brown.
10. LARBERT EAST CHURCH AGM will take place after the (shorter) morning service on Sunday 29th April. Please do stay to hear about what has been happening in the last year, as well as plans for the year ahead.


Next Sunday our Service will be at 10.30am, conducted by Pastoral Assistant Rev John Brown. Please do come along to give John your prayerful support as he leads us in worship.

The Young Church meets as usual (see Regular Notices to the right of this page). The Creche meets in the Creche Room.

There will be tea/coffee and biscuits in the Hall after the service.
