TODAY’S NOTICES

1. PRAYER: Please join other Christians in lighting a candle and praying at 7pm every Sunday evening, for the corona virus pandemic. More information at: https://www.churchofscotland.org.uk/news-and-events/news We have a General Prayer list available on the website to use as well. Try ‘Zooming’ a friend to pray together at 7pm on Sunday night!
2. MESSAGE FROM KIRK SESSION: Some churches are re-opening in Phase 3 of the Scottish Govt.’s plan to ease restrictions, but the Session agreed Larbert East will not re-open over the summer. Session will review this at the meeting on 2nd September. Online services will of course, continue.
3. FALKIRK FOODBANK: We are still unable to accept donations for the Foodbank. You can still donate at your local supermarket. ADVANCE NOTICES

6. GUILD VIRTUAL AFTERNOON TEA: Join us this Saturday 8th August at 2.00pm having prepared Afternoon Tea, with perhaps another family bringing their goodies to your garden. You can then make a donation to the Guild. Please see website.
7. CHRISTMAS BIG SING 2020: Organised by the Guild on Friday 4th December at St. George’s Tron, Glasgow (hopefully!) Tickets to be booked in advance. Further details for both occasions are on the Church website.


NEXT SUNDAY’S ONLINE SERVICE:

Next Sunday the Online Morning Service at 10.30am will be led once again by Simon Hessett one of our elders, who is also training for the ministry. Do please join Simon online and give him your prayerful support.
